on the first pass through I thought you were being a bit harsh, thinking that the API's free offerings might have been a number of transactions per day or such .. so I checked out the API, and it's certainly limited in it's 'free' provision

It's plagiarized and promotes a commercial product (the site has a "Buy Now" link), so I flagged it.
