At the moment, nothing, but i've got my eyes set on a nice platinum coloured Jaguar XKR convertible, with black trimming and nimbus grey seats... Veeeeeeeeeerrrrrrry nice. Now all i've got to do is convince the bank manager that it will allow me to work harder, thus increasing their profit. David Wulff dwulff@battleaxesoftware.com

Nice choice! Read one of the latest AutoCar mag's and you will see a great article on Jaguar's test XKR. They basically gave an XKR to a bunch of their best engineers and said "make it beat the best", so far it is looking awesome. Pity Jaguar F1 are not doing so well... imagine seeing that panther cross the checkered line in P1. Woooooohooooooooo. regards, Paul Watson Cape Town, South Africa e: paulmwatson@email.com w: vergen.org

I have never bought a car over the net. I want to try it first. Right now I drive a Nissan Primera 1.6 SRI from 1996. It was brandnew when I got it and I still love it. Has driven 139.000 km in it :) My wife have a Nissan Almera 1.4 S from 1998, it's also a great car. :) - Anders Money talks, but all mine ever says is "Goodbye!"

My wife drives a 2000 VW Lupo 1.0, alloys, CD Player quite a nice car or a runaround. She only travels 2miles to work, I keep telling her to buy a mountain bike but she won't part with the car.

Any car in the world ? It has to be the Bentley Continental Convertable. It would probably only last a week before someone swiped it , but what a week !:rose:

I have an ickle Peugeot 106 Diseal 1.57 LT Engine. Its very modest but it does 64 miles a gallon and given that I drive 250 miles a week, its saves me alot of cash. I would really like a Peugeot 206 Diseal ... have I mentioned I amn't that ambitious. Regards Ray "Je Suis Mort De Rire"

Toyota Tazz 1.3, goes damned well for such a small engine and as they say, reliable as hell. Driven from here to hell in back in it and the worst thing that has happened is ending up halfway through a macdonalds sign with a collapsed wall on my bonnet, it was the other guys fault of course ;) Take this a bit further: what car would you drive if you had all the money in the world? For me it is the Mitsubishi EVO VII or VI. Nothing beats it for sheer thrill and attitude. Looks like an outrageous Toyota but goes like a Diablo or 550. My next car though would be an Audi A4. Audi has such class and elegance. Of course inbetween the Audi and my current Tazz I want a Suzuki GXR600. My current car is an Opel Vectra 1.6 and very happy with it. 96000km and not a single problem. :) My next car, if I can afford it, will be a BMW. And my dream car, of course, is a BMW M5.

An Audi A4? Why not do it properly and get an Audi S8? Excellence without Excess. Yeah baby! Or for a runabout I'd love to grab an Audi TT convertible or for a weekend in the mountains, a Mitsubishi Pajero Evo. Back on Planet Earth it's a '93 Ford Telstar TX5 SE, V6. Fits 2 mountain bikes, 2 snowboards, and a couple of guys with no self preservation skills. Alternatively, on a good day it's a Merida extreme 907, or on a bad day, my Merida Pro SX. cheers, Chris Maunder (CodeProject)

The bus is for the short trips, I take the train for longer journeys even though with the current state of the rail network sometimes the train companies have to provide a bus :-) Michael :-)
