    I have worked at Amazon for two years. My boss Tom has been bullying me since the outbreak of the epidemic. Do Americans have the ability to think seriously about things? Do you really believe in some crooks? Even if I am Asian, I am still a loyal subordinate, which is really bad!

      doesn't matter who you are! Period! if you do your job you should be rewarded at the very least with the assurance that you are doing your job. Your boss is an idiot. Sorry about that. But in this climate with the amount of decent jobs out there. I would be looking for a new job. You deserve to be treated with respect. No matter what. PS I wish I was hiring. Loyalty should always be rewarded.

        Harassment based on race is specifically illegal in the US. "Asian" is specifically identified as a race. Standards for Maintaining, Collecting, and Presenting Federal Data on Race and Ethnicity | U.S. Department of the Interior[^]

              Well no one should be fired based on their ethnic background. Sounds like your manager is a real jerk and you should report him to HR or his manager. At the end of the day that's the reason large companies like that have an HR dept in general. To make sure they are protected from liability issues and it sounds like that manager is a liability issue. Good luck~

                    No!! Absolutely not. Because you did the job at their required time so they should not fire you for the reason that you are Asian. They should check your background, Working criteria. Even your performance also be checked. Echo Dot Setu

                      This is the most unethical thing to do and now when everyone says that we are united and we respect each other's culture and values then this is not at all acceptable. As far as an employee is considered then if they are loyal and sincere towards their work they should be given equal respect and appreciation.

                        Most asians people that I know are hard working and are been appreciated by the boss and colleagues .Maybe that is not the issue. Amazon gained a lot of profit during the pandemic. Idk if the salary of your boss has increase or not tho...
