"inappropriate behaviour" could be anything. Maybe he was playing Adventure in his office instead of attending meetings and picking up the kids.

Well to be clear, I'm talking about the article. As for the actual situation being hinted at by the article (that's all it does), I didn't know anything about it before reading the article, and I don't know anything about it after reading the article, because the article contains nothing.

So his behavior would have been okay for a small, private company, or someone that did not give away money?

One of them should have quit the company when they started dating in the first place. There's helping; and then there's working together all day and also married to each other the rest of the time.

Basically, this article says he asked women out which made them feel uneasy, but he never forced or pressured them. That's basically what happens when a guy asks out a woman who's not into him and believe me I know  If women asked out men it would probably be the same, but that's a cultural taboo, so it doesn't happen as often. Not saying Bill is a saint, he obviously asked out women while married and even had an affair, just saying approaching a woman != rape or whatever this article is trying to insinuate. I asked out a cashier once, quite awkward and she already had a boyfriend. This will come back to bite me when I make billions and some journalists decide they don't like me :sigh: Ah well, with that kind of money I could go Epstein on their ass and suicide them :D
