Time magazine announced it has selected Elon Musk as Person of the Year Award for 2021 in a vote by the Time editorial board. It raised three questions: * Baby Boomers asked who is Elon Musk? * Gen Xers asked what's Time's Person of the Year Award? * Millennials asked what's a magazine? -- Argus Hamilton, Rogue Report 15-Dec-2021

People magazine really showed up Time this year by putting Dolly Parton (our national treasure) on the cover. Elon Musk is basically just "some rich jerk" by comparison.

His views on almost everything seem inconsistent, to put it mildly. His financial status doesn't bother me, but how he obtained much of it does. He's often highly entertaining[^], though!

I personally don't like her singing (I don't like country music in general), but I have to admit that she's a better choice for a magazine cover than Elon Musk.

Eh, I tried reading Wired several times and had to dodge so many adverts. Also all the gun magazines (no not gun magazines, gun magazines) available in my country are full of adverts to the brim.
