Well, My username color was set probably 17 years ago. I don't think that you will be able to make usernames appear like mine. I think there is server-side code that will block it. I never told anybody this before, but I can't even remove it. Last time I tried to remove my username color I got an error message.

 :-D  :-D  This is like the Griff story of looking up an article and finding out that he had written it.
If you can't laugh at yourself - ask me and I will do it for you.
Yeah, I am using a custom forum tag that was available 17 years ago. I think there are some server-side checks that block the tag now. I guess the database field already contains the tag but cannot be updated. In the old days the forums were full of color, just a few of us left. Best Wishes, -David Delaune

Is there any particular reason that you want your username to look like mine? There are lots of other colors to choose from. Or is it the font you want?
Okay let me explain this to you. What color do all Alabama fans love... And what is happening Dec 31?

Alright, I'm not a huge fan of college football. Anyway, looks like the Crimson Tide team color is a bit different. I'm on my TV right now so can't compare from here. Alabama Crimson Tide Color Codes Hex, RGB, and CMYK - Team Color Codes[^]
Yeah, but it's probably as close as I can get. Used to I did just red to symbolize UA.
