    1. Description: ISO1050DUBR is an electrically isolated CAN transceiver that meets the ISO118998-2 standard of the following specifications. Using the power supply at the same time as isolation, the device can prevent noise currents from conducting data buses or other circuits into the local ground and interfering with or damaging sensitive circuits. The device, the device can provide the receiving signal transmission capability to the bus and the CAN controller of the receiving device. The signal rate can reach up to 1 megabit (Mbps). The loss characteristics provide protection shutdown in the range of –27V to 40V and overheating and the common mode range of –12V to 12V. The characteristic of ISO1050DUBR is that it can operate in an ambient temperature range of -55°C to 105°C. 2. Features: 1•Comply with the requirements of ISO11898-2 • 5000-VRMS isolation (ISO1050DW) •2500-VRMS isolation (ISO1050DUBR) • Fail safe output • Low loop delay: 150 ns (typical value), 210 ns (maximum) • 50kV/μs typical transient immunity • –27 V to 40 V bus fault protection • The driver (TXD) dominates the timeout function • I/O voltage range supports 3.3V and 5V microprocessor •Comply with DIN VDE V 0884-11: VDE approval of 2017-01 And DIN EN 61010-1 • UL 1577 approved • Passed CSA certification, in line with IEC 60950-1, IEC 61010-1, IEC 60601-1 Third Edition (Medical) • Passed TUV 5-KVRMS reinforced insulation certification EN / UL / CSA 60950-1 (ISO1050DW only) • Comply with GB4843.1-2011 CQC reinforced insulation (ISO1050DW only) •Typical life span of 25 years under rated working voltage (Please refer to Application Report SLLA197 and Life Expected vs working voltage) 3.
