Well, there's Code Project's Python 3 reference guide: CodeProject Reference[^] Start with Python Program Structure and Layout near the bottom.

The Python official documentation is quite good, start from the Tutorial though - it's not a tutorial at all, it's the guide reorganized logically. I am learning Python too.

Not specifically about Python, but I found a mixture of Stackoverflow & reference documentation to generally be the best way to learn stuff.
