I'll be more generic for tomorrow's, I promise! I heard GOAT RODEO the first time a few years ago when I retired to South Dakota. Lots of the towns around here have rodeos in the summer. A GOAT RODEO is described as a fiasco of epic proportions, a failure that's gone so far off the tracks that all there is to do is sit back and watch the train wreck as it unfolds.
