              Not only in the US... Today I went to Munich in train... I had forgotten what "packed like sardines in a can" meant :~ X| X|

              M.D.V. ;) If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about? Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you Rating helpful answers is nice, but saying thanks can be even nicer.

                Those weren't regulations. It could be argued that they were unconstitutional mandates.

                    There was a Scotsman (I forget who) who claimed that if one could find the ideal mixture between whisky and water one would live forever, and doctors and churchyards would go out of fashion. Research is ongoing. :)

                          I assume that the Scots were talking about cask strength (60% or more alcohol), and that the water was the pure spring water you are supposed to use to make Whisky, not the stuff you get in taps.
