            Kinda reminds me of back in about 1990 when I worked tech-support for some software that I was a developer on. I asked a customer to send me a copy of her payroll backup disk. I was more than a little surprised to get two photocopied sheets of paper, one of the front of the disk and one of the back. Users, life would be so much easier without 'em but it probably wouldn't be as funny. Michael :-)
