Using CodeProject with Firefox
-
Oddly, CodeProject works still fine on my oldest Firefox on this machine, i.e. version 44. But on later versions like e.g. 115, it fails. No submenus popup when I hover over an item like "community". The login button on the main page fails (um "button"... actually just a text linked to "javascript:;"), but at an other URL (pasted into the browser's address bar), I eventually found a working login. And the css seems totally missing - even when I disable my proxy.pac script (and it is obviously not the cause because on this old machine, it works fine). Now I am a little confused.

I run FireFox all the time and have no issues. What you're seeing sounds like it's rendering the mobile view. How wide is the browser window? Have you modified the useragent string? Are you running dev tools and have it set to mobile emulation?

I use Firefox, and I haven't seen any of the issues you describe in any version, including the latest. Have you tried turning off "enhanced tracking protection" and/or any ad-blocker extensions? You could also try running Firefox in safe mode[^] to rule out interference from an extension.

After explicitly white listing "codeproject.freetls.fastly.net", the site looks fairly normal now (but in contrast to last Friday, the authentication cookie and some cached files are present - won't clear them). Only the "upvote" / "downvote" buttons are still missing.
