Windows 11 version 23H2 is finally available for everyone

Windows 11 version 23H2, which is the newest Windows 11 version to date (if you do not count version 24H2 on Copilot+ PCs), is finally available to everyone.

Just in time for them to start bugging you to upgrade to 24H2

It's been available for everyone since last October. The only change is it will now deploy via Microsoft Update to everybody.
