Blatant age discrimination

So I'm browsing jobs on Indeed, and I come across this posting:
About the Role
We're looking for talented Early Career Software Engineers to join our team building [redacted]. You'll work closely with experienced engineers to develop and enhance the tools that enable millions of users to create, discover, and share music, while building your professional development and technical expertise in cutting-edge AI and audio technology. What do they mean when they say, "Early career software engineers?" A euphemism trying to cloak naked discrimination.
These guys should be sued by somebody.

Why would anyone want a career at all?

I think you're trying to make it a problem. It could just mean (junior) less experienced developers. Someone could be 50 years old and just starting out as a developer. Granted, it's not likely, but still.
It could also be code for "we don't want to pay a lot for the person that fills this position".
