I hope this is not re-post, I searched the forums before posting this. SCO published prices for Linux. First of all, there is no permission to redustribute the source code - only binary. Workstation will cost 199$, Server version will cost 699$. Source: http://www.sco.com/scosource/description.html[^] Philip Patrick Web-site: www.stpworks.com "Two beer or not two beer?" Shakesbeer

And since SCO have refused to provide proof of anything, Redhat are suing SCO for mailcious damage to their business. After that case succeeds SCO are finished. Good, the IP ambulance chasing is insane :suss: Elaine :rose: The tigress is here :-D

I think SCO are doomed - and this is their last gasp.

It is (was?) even free at SCO. You could have downloaded a kernel there, with SCO stating that it is under GPL. Sorry SCO. No money for you - back to work guys and don't tell the lawyers the new doorcode!

The thing is though that SCO has been on their last gasp since '94. SCO is utter utter crap. When you sit down at the console of a SCO box, you get the same feeling as when you sit down in the economy version of an '83 Yugo. X| -- Berlin rules.
