I looks like it may be too late for Jon, so I am posting this in the hopes that others may not feel the need to follow him. These recipies are among the best documented I have seen of those originating from the southern U.S., and do not involve wormy ooze. Spread it on thick ! Its better than coffee for a wake up in the morning, makes your cheeks go red, also has some mild psychotropic effect on my brain I'm sure. Here's my favorite recipe. Vegemite Wormies You spread two VITA WEETS (Crackers with holes in them) with butter and vegemite. put both together and SQUEEEEEEEEEZE. The Vegemite worms come out their little holes and *gobble*
