Our hospital had the same policy at the early scans but they would tell you at a later scan (i.e. after the point where the baby couldn't be terminated). Here in the UK you get one free scan on the NHS at 21 weeks, but we have decided to cough up £90 for a private one now ('cos the 21 week scan is mid-October which seems a long time away). And when I find out who got her pregnant, I'm gonna kill him! :laugh: :laugh: I have decided to start keeping a diary, and a blog seems like the 21st Century equivalent. I already have the web-space, so could anyone recommend some basic blog software that I can use to keep things simple? (I just need to be able to edit pages and post them onto my site). Of course, I could always use FrontPage... :eek: :) :) :) :) :)

It is really fantastic. If you want to host your own blog simply, then use Blogger.com. It can publish to your server via FTP. Or if you want to do it the hard way, download MoveableType and use that, but it is a PITATSU. Congrats on the new life, just make sure it has an easier name than yours!
