A sad day

We had a set of monster thunderstorms go through the area today, complete with lightning and the corresponding power outages. When the power came back on, my computer wouldn't power up. It turns out the outlet strip was dead. I opened it up, and the breaker was melted. I've had this outlet strip for over 15 years. I bought it when I bought my first PC. It died, so that others might live. :((

He didn't understand how they could install such crappy hardware in his store. My brother calmly asked him if all of his other equipment was working. After the customer told him yes, he calmly explained that the surge protector did its job and turned a $10,000 repair bill into a $100 repair bill. The customer realized his foolishness. :laugh: Tim Smith I'm going to patent thought. I have yet to see any prior art.
