I just got a Sony DSC-P10 (5 megapixels, yay!! :)) So anyway, it can take Mpegs with sound which is really cool... the only problem is that I want to edit it (crop the viewable area and cut out the first few frames) then save it as an mpeg.. Jasc Animation shop doesn't do this (can't save as Mpegs and loses the sound) nor can the windows bundled software... any suggestions? cheers! Adam. My world tour What I do now.. Hi Adam, I use Adobe Premiere 6.5, and it's the best semi-professional tool I know... There is a 30day or what trial version on Adobe's page...

Adam, Adobe Premiere is very powerful but (imho) a bear to use. I spent $40 on a 3" thick "How To" book for Premiere and dumped it (and the software) for Pinnacle Studio (which includes an excellent .pdf user's guide and tutorial). /ravi Let's put "civil" back in "civilization" Home | Articles | Freeware | Music ravib@ravib.com

Premiere is one of those professional tools, which is IMHO one of the most powerfull and intuitive ones. When you know how it generally (I mean the whole video thing) is to be done, than Premiere is at least easy to understand...
