AFAIK IIRC IMHO it's an evaluation - a while ago I did download exactly that - a WinServer 2k3 Evaluation version. Chances are that's what this (that?) there is that.. :~ (It's Monday :~ ) Paul ;)

Searched google groups, and saw that this link has been around since april. My guess is it is a beta, or an evaluation copy of some sort.
