I just got to thinking about websites that ask for your email address so you can join, but never send out a confirmation email to verify the address. Whenever this happens, I generally put something like "noyb@nowhere.com". Being curious, I thought I'd look up the website and see what nowhere.com really was... Turns out it doesn't exist! According to register.com, the domain name is taken, but doing a whois lookup on it just returns the word "timeout" :suss: I wonder if this domain is completely useless now, due to large volumes of spam? should I feel guilty? :~
Well, most often I use billgates@microsoft.com, but when I really need a real bogus e-mail, I use Mailinator. You can do it on anything you choose - from .bat to .net - A customer

i sometimes feel bad for no@no.com (my favorite junk address). but, since IE is helpful enough to keep dropping it into forms for me, so i never bother thinking up a new one. ImgSource | CheeseWeasle
