Inline with the limericks- E.G. Better than a pig in a poke in the eye. Don't count your chickens before the egg. A bird in the hand is worth two in the burning bush. A stitch in time saves the nine lives of a cat.

A watched pot never says never. A penny saved is a penny for your thoughts. Still waters run like the wind. Stop and smell what the Rock is cookin'. Mind your P's and dot your I's. What would Jesus Do Run Run Run the Do Run Run. Idle hands are the tools of the trade. Patience is a virtual waste of time. People in glass houses shouldn't throw caution to the wind. Speak now or forever hold your tongue. Don't count your chickens before the storm. War is hell on wheels. Home is where's the beef? Symbolism over substance abuse. Discretion is the better piece of my mind. -- I have too much time on my hands. Some are good some are bad but all of them are original (or coincidentally the same as someone before me).
