    Dear MSN Broadband Customer:
MSN will no longer offer DSL Internet service in your
area as of November 12, 2003. If you wish to continue
receiving broadband Internet access service, you will
need to enroll with another provider before that date.

DANG! DANG! DANG!   First DirecTV, then MSN. Now, I'm stuck with BellSouth. And I ain't too keen on them. And I just finished moving all of my "non-essential" e-mail to my MSN addy.

Sounds like its time to buy a domain and some (cheap) hosting for your e-mail :) Domains can be had cheaply from GoDaddy[^] ($8.95/yr or $69.50 for 10 years), and hosting can be as cheap or as expensive as you want. Have you looked at what http://www.dslreports.com[^] says is available in your area? -- Russell Morris "So, broccoli, mother says you're good for me... but I'm afraid I'm no good for you!" - Stewy

I've been using BellSouth (FastAccess DSL) for a couple of years and it's been pretty good. Well, at least you still have that option... imagine if you didn't. X| Regards, Alvaro

          Hey! It compiles! Ship it.

Thanks. I need all the enthusiasm people can muster. I am officially an old man today. My father in-law (a pseudo hippie) tells me that now that I am 30 I can no longer be trusted. ;P

I've been using BellSouth DSL for past year and have had exactly 1 problem. All it took was a call to tech support to get them to reset my circuit. Other than that, it's a solid 1.2mb connection.
