I forget some of the freebies out there:( Later, JoeSox

        1. Use MS Outlook (not express) Create a new folder under 'Personal Folders'. Right click on that folder and choose the "Properties", go to HomePage tab. Enter http://www.codeproject.com in the address textbox. Click OK. Do the right click -> properties again, this time set the check box for "Show home page by default for this folder". So if you want to browse any site, just enter the address in the address bar and start browsing. If someone is coming then just click on any other folder in your Outlook. No need to switch to any other application or no need to panick... ;) OR 2. Browse net via AvantBrowser[^](but turn off images, flash animations)

Yes, it's called ALT-TAB. Keep a legit application fully maximized in the background... hear footsteps a comin, hit alt-tab and voila! IE is gone and your 'work' is in front of you. Works for me. Did I mention I hate my job? Paul

GhostZilla was what was mentioned here in the past. Embeds the browser inside of other app windows, like VC. Other than that, you are probably asking about "Glicking" or Mouse Gestures. Of which there is actually a project here. None of this helps if your network admin logs traffic/web pages. You're probably more after a secure proxy server - go looking for a SOCKS-5 proxy with encryption, and route it through your home connection.

I think you should try one of those tabbed browsers that internally use IE. That way you get all IE features and luxuries, as well as being able to quickly swicth tabs! Nish
