Hi there. I am doing an analysis. What are the IT systems most needed in your country? The IT system that can improve our daily lives. Example, a postal delivery system. What do we need to improve it? That is in my country, Malaysia. But what about countries like US, UK, China, Canada, India, Japan, etc, etc... What are the system that are potential but are abandone until now? Can you share with me, please? Thanks. Regards, Chua Wen Ching :p

The best IT system the US needs is 100% DNA database of all persons living, visiting or transitting through the country. They need cheek-swab systems that can be instantly analyzed at the port of entry and recieve immediate notification about the status of that person. Criminals should be very afraid of this system - non criminals only make themselves look like criminals by fearing it.
