Matt Newman wrote: you can at 18, but its a bad habit and you shouldn't do it anyway No, it's not the greatest of habits. But remember, we need a large contingent of new smokers to pay for the healthcare programs paid for by, you guessed, smokers. No new smokers, no money for gov't healthcare. Greaty Godian knot they've tied, isn't it? Matt Newman wrote: That usually comes around 25, mine went up at 18 *Ding* give that man a ceegar (bad habit, I know). 25 is the MAGIC age in the U.S. where you can 1: Get a break on your insurance, 2: Rent a car. Apparantly, there's a whole bunch of actuarial data that shows people under the age of 25 are morons behind the wheel. Although I didn't like it when I was under 25, I have to admit, they're right. I wasn't the most courteous of drivers until I was about 27. Something to do with testosterone:mad:, I'm sure. Paul

And I'm 18! W00t! To celebrate my coming of age, Today (the 15th) I'm going to have a meal at 8:30 with my best friend, also born on the 15th of October 1985. Followed by a massive party on the 18th of october. Now, as I am aware, I'll not be 18 for about 7 hours in the USA, and in Aussi land i've been 18 for half a day. However I've liver here my whole life, to time-wise i'm sorted. What can I do now? Lets make a list... I can: Vote Drink (Alcohol) Get a Credit Card Own a house (?) er.... Can anyone think of anything else? Please, make me feel special :-S
