did you ever notice that they go by their hacker names once they're liberated from the matrix? And they all chose cool names for themselves like "switch" and "apoc" and "cypher". If the movie were true to life, the hacker names would be more stupid like "captain poopie pants" or "blood fart" or something... like real internet names you see. Of course it's just a movie and it's not supposed to be true to life but I just can't help but notice those things sometimes. And what's with all you people on this board who use your real name - don't you know that the matrix cannot tell you who you are?

after all the major theme in the matrix is sensation and perception. So are you saying that your seemingly normal name is "just another system of control"? :)

When you read a post, look to right side of it on the bottom. There will be a place to vote the post. 1-5 (5 being best). You'll see how it gets applied around here. Also, you can only vote once per post, and cannot vote for your own. have fun, and welcome. PS. Isn't [it] win a louse? :~ ;P

Well I think that to give one's self a name is the ultimate form of self expression. Just think: if you boiled yourself down to just a few syllables what would they be? p.s. oinka is short for masta oinka. I named myself that because I'm the big pig. That's what's left if you boil me down. (that and some tender & tasty pork chops) oh yeah... with the applesauce... oh yeah... mmm baby

Try a more "Can-Do" attitude. It's really just a simple mouse click on the number of choice. Try it again, I believe in you.
