I have a co-worker who's up to 11 cats now (and 3 dogs.) I think he has that same sign. :-D If your nose runs and your feet smell, then you're built upside down.

Let me guess - you were driving on the left, somebody came at you head on, and you swerved of the road and that's why you lost it? :-D I have noticed subtle differences in how Canadians and Americans deal with drivers they don't like. Americans tend to give you obscene gestures or honk the horn. Canadians tend to shout obscenities at you. (Considering my driving, I've taken plenty of both.. :-O) If your nose runs and your feet smell, then you're built upside down.

Well... Actually I rented an SUV for the weekend in my never ending quest to find a car over here that suits. Back home it was any old thing will do, but over here there's ice, snow, Canadain drivers, the right hand side of the road (what-ever) and Moose. So I took the SUV out of all-wheel drive mode, drove around a corner reasonably fast and then floored it. Weeeeeeeeeeeee! cheers, Chris Maunder

To go along with the inevitable Sunday Morning threads... what is everyone doing Sunday afternoon? For me: :bob: Ate lunch with some church people. Mmm... Fazoli's breadsticks... :bob: Put some antibiotics on the eyes of some foster kittens. :bob: Took a 1-1/2 hour nap. :bob: Started raking some of these leaves in the front yard. They are now in big piles waiting for me to do something with them. :bob: Took out my old defective toilet to the curb so the trash guys will pick it up tomorrow. :bob: I may eventually start cleaning up the piles of leaves generated earlier, but not sure. And that may run into Sunday Evening, so I'll have to wait for that thread to post the details. :-D If your nose runs and your feet smell, then you're built upside down.

Well, today is my birthday, so today has been pretty leisurely: :bob: Ate lunch at home with a small gathering of extended family. :bob: Played SSX Tricky for awhile. :bob: Drove the 4x4 to the convenience store for soda (we live in a rural area). :bob: Drove 150 miles back to college. :bob: Getting ready to program all night on campus. I learned that it's very, very easy to make a Jeep Liberty completely lose it on the road if you are dumb enough and game enough. Anyone who was on St Clair around 3pm - yes, that was me. And Budget? You can have you car back now. No, it wasn't me who scratched it. Really. That's right, Canada. I'm back in the Country with a Driver's licence and I'm not afraid to use it. Mwahahaha. cheers, Chris Maunder

                    >Unfortunately my cup does not runneth over Except when you go full tilt around corners in a top heavy SUV, right? ;) You really are becoming North Americanised (nothing like caramalised) though. SUVs, driving on the wrong side of the road, buying new TVs just because the old one packed in and I haven't seen you say mate or no worries for a very long time. :| regards, Paul Watson Bluegrass South Africa Marc Clifton wrote: "organically fed captivity free regurgitated bee nectar" (honey) on dieting. After Church in the morning I went into town to hunt for Christmas presents for my kids. :) After chilling out with my housemates in the late afternoon my friend Susie turned up and we spent a fun couple of hours chatting and generally looking ahead to the next time we'll see each other - at Heathrow airport after I get back from Thailand. I spent most of the evening replying to emails, chatting and being chatted up. ;) Anna :rose: Homepage | Tears and Laughter "Be yourself - not what others think you should be" - Marcia Graesch "Anna's just a sexy-looking lesbian tart" - A friend, trying to wind me up.
