Sunday Morning Thread

As usual I am here at work (enjoying a nice cup of hot chocolate too) and I just thought I would see how everyone else is spending their morning/day/evening? It's nice and cold here, 28°F however with our wind-chill it feels like 22°F. Someone tell me they are enjoying warmer weather. :sigh:

Its cold and wet. I just got into to work, but not to work. To play CounterStrike! Woohoo! Trouble is, one of the directors is here catching up on stuff before flying somewhere tomorrow. :( But what the heck, that will not stop me playing! Roger Allen Sonork 100.10016 Death come early, death come late, It takes us all, there is no reason. For every purpose under heaven, To each a turn, to each a season. A time to weep and a time to sigh, A time to laugh and a time to cry, A time to be born and a time to die. Dust to dust and ashes to ashes, And so I end my song.

Woke up at half three, pottered about the flat for bit, made tuna salad for lunch and am now at work prepping for the coming week. Later I want to go zone out in front of a movie, any DVD suggestions? regards, Paul Watson Bluegrass South Africa Anna-Jayne Metcalfe wrote: "Cynicism has it's place in life - but it should be kept well away from your inner self." Yep - A balmy 30°F. The sun is shining, however.

Recovering from Saturday nite, then slacking (reading Matrix rants etc.) Trying to sort out some things. Weather is clear, chilly, Winter sun in the morning, now it's gloomy.

They were constantly using a chart to look up how many points they had eaten and it was starting to become a hassle. Since the Weight Watchers Points "algorithm" is patented, I looked it up and wrote a quick ASP.NET page to calculate this for them. :)

The Back to the Future Trilogy always works for me. :)
When I can talk about 64 bit processors and attract girls with my computer not my car, I'll come out of the closet. Until that time...I'm like "What's the ENTER key?" -Hockey on being a geek

Nick Parker wrote: Someone tell me they are enjoying warmer weather. Okay. It's 61 °F here, going up to around 80 °F later. I'm spending the day playing with a website redesign that is great fun - converting a static site to one that uses ASP/ADO to pull most of its content from a database. And it's actually working perfectly!:-D Of course, no reward comes without punishment. The flipside of the day is coping with one eye that barely opens because of a unpleasant ailment (conjunctivitis) that I haven't had since I was a little boy. Unfortunately the only effective treatment requires a prescription - not an option.:sigh: "Your village called -
