            am surprise u guys don't see the humor..it happen 136yrs ago btw...so it not like someone is morning a lost one..cmon.

Yeah, just like modern-day "natives" don't pay any form of taxes in Canada because their great-great-great-***-ancestors had some land taken from them hundreds of years ago. Ask me whether I also see the humor in the government using my tax money to provide them with free housing, while at the same time lets them run casinos and turns a blind eye to their cigarettes and gun smuggling.
