Geez, Filip - you've got problems. Fortunately, i'm here to set you straight. Let's start from the top: Filip: It's Philip, Philip - the "Ph" just sounds like 'F'. Plzzz: It's spelled Police - and general usage is "Policemen", not "Police guys". BTW - did you try Officer.com first? memmory management: Sooo close. Try mammary management. Oh, and Philip - never get the cops involved in managing your mammaries. Thx: Ah, now we're talking. Any mammaries worth managing will appreciate a quality home theater. But always be careful to correctly capitalize trademarks: it's THX. Filip Govaerts wrote: Time is my enemy right now! I'm killing him as just as fast as i'm able... ;)

Filip: It's Philip, Philip - the "Ph" just sounds like 'F'. Presuming to tell somebody how to spell their name is really going a bit far. How the hell do you know he doesn't spell it Filip. Hallelucination - when you think you see God

OK, regardless of how he spells it, how do you know the correct spelling is not Filip? PS, Mine is a typo that stuck years ago, and has become an integral part of the nick. Hallelucination - when you think you see God

Oh sure, here's some stuff guaranteed to entertain newbies in those long dark winter evenings: http://osdev.neopages.net/index.php[^] "After all it's just text at the end of the day. - Colin Davies "For example, when a VB programmer comes to my house, they may say 'does your pool need cleaning, sir ?' Hilarious but Filip is actually spelt like this in Dutch and looking at his surname, I suspect that out lazy little student is either Dutch or Belgian. ;P

The book Inside Windows CE from MS Press is quite good, but it's in a very conversational style - you need to read quite closely to retrieve the information. You should also read Programming Windows CE.NET, Third Edition by Doug Boling. This covers some of the above information. When looking for information, it's important to remember that Pocket PC 2003 is based on/contains components from Windows CE.NET 4.2. Try looking at some of the Platform Builder documentation[^]. This article may also be helpful: Windows CE.NET Advanced Memory Management[^].

Your right...nothing wrong with 'poking a little fun' here and there.:) ...as long as Filip doesn't mind.:~ He doesn't seem to be paying attention though...must be deeply enthralled by his paper/project.
