Did anyone else have a period of time where they couldn't resolve codeproject.com? I tried nslookip on my WinXP box at work, my WinXP box at home (terminal services), and a unix box I have telnet access to. All three have different ISP's and DNS servers.

I, for one, do not think the problem was that the band was down. I think that the problem may have been that there was a Stonehenge monument on the stage that was in danger of being crushed by a dwarf.

It happens once in a while; I assume some part of the net goes down and things have to reset. It normally clears in 2 to 12 hours as the servers synchronize. If you can't survive that long without CodeProject ( that describes many of us, I think ) you can ping the site when your DNS is working and write down the IP address for future reference. When I can't resolve the main site, I switch to one of the aliases Chris has registered. If that doesn't work, I can often resolve one of the servers by name. Some days, though, nothing works, and I get some work reading done. "Your village called -
