Of course it is a con. At the moment, India is producing a large set of con artists centered around mysticism. They have been for a long time. You have people using well know (and primitive) magic tricks to baffle onlookers with watches pulled out of their arse. Why people are fooled by this **** is beyond me. As far as the baffled scientist, we still have "scientist" who think that homeopathy is real even though it has known to be a sham for centuries. These morons are still baffled how it "works" after countless experiment shows that it does nothing more than a placebo. It isn't hard to find a scientist who is fooled by palor tricks. Don't even get me started on dowsing. Scientists are baffled how that works BECAUSE IT DOESN'T. Tim Smith I'm going to patent thought. I have yet to see any prior art.

Because placebos can still 'cure' you. A lot of physical conditions can be treated by your own body, but sometimes it needs a kick-up-the-arse by your brain, and feeling well is the first step to being well.

You have a point there... But I don't think homeopathic medicine has any scientific basis. I'm not saying it doesn't sometimes work though, because there's lots science doesn't explain, just that it doesn't work in a (for me) convincing way. :-) Paul ;)

They noticed a weight loss after only 10 days of not eating. I would think he would weigh nothing if that weight-loss trend were extended through several decades as he claims.
