Painting 40sq/m of spare room. (Which will become my study). It was an awful Pashmina Pink and it looks like its going to require at least 3 coats :( Other than that fairly relaxed. --Colin Mackay--

A lot of shopping. We have a large family. A lot of wrapping. Cut the grass. Decorate the outside of the house. The tree has been up since before Thanksgiving. Practice the piano... for some reason, my piano teacher has seen fit to poor on the exercises after she took several weeks vacation. Sleep ? What's that ? Steven J. Busy as usual. :) Working on Fluid; upgrading my mom's hard disk from 20 GB to 40 GB, and replacing my dad's hard drive because it's failing; installing VS.NET 2002 finally, preparing to send a Christmas package to a not-so-well-to-do family. This weekend I'll also be putting up Christmas lights and doing other decoration, making some Christmas orders, and changing my sig to a Christmas one ;) . Then comes wrapping presents, etc.

Outdoor lights go up somewhere between the day after Thanksgiving and the first weekend in December.

Let's see... 1.) Work for "da man" to pay my mortgage 2.) Maybe a bit more Christmas shopping and hanging of lights around the house. 3.) Work on RecipeKing some more. 4.) Work on web sites a bit. 5.) Finish up reading Digital Fortress 6.) Start reading beginning SQL SErver 2000 Programming by Robin Dawson 7.) Review Chapter 8 (APS.NET server controls) of G. Andrew Duthie's book 9.) Ask wife if her carpet needs tending. If she says yes then forget above list. Best, Jerry

Reminds me of herding cats... Tomorrow is a spell at bell ringing for Salvation Army, followed by attending a karate tournament, then a Christmas party in the evening. Scanning family photos for next year's calendar. More work refactoring a gigantic app to (hopefully) allow multithreaded access. Consuming tasty malt beverages. Possibly chatting with my sister's boyfriend who's staying with us (an Aussie vacationing in Wisconsin in December. Not my place to judge... :~ ) If i get really bored, washing the ever-growing pile of dishes in the kitchen, so's i can actually eat here.

Going to the bar tonight with my friends, same tomorrow night. Going to help my old roommate get a virus off his computer tomorrow afternoon, as well as some off-roading in the Jeep, which should be fun. I was hoping to get some Christmas shopping done, as my girlfriend keeps talking about "I bought you something again today honey.." for the last few days, and I don't want to get too far behind. But, if that doesn't happen this weekend, I'm sure I can get it done some other weekend. Anyways, if I were you, I'd ditch the book and take a nice drive in that car you bought (didn't you buy a car recently?). Take it out to the country, and have some fun driving on country back-roads. It's real relaxing, plus I'm sure Canuckda has some nice countryside to offer. Anyways, hope you have a great weekend! Everyone knows you deserve it. :) Chris Richardson

We (me, g/f and my son Ian) are all flying to San Diego tomorrow morning for 8 eight days of business/pleasure. Assuming the plane gets off the ground. It's snowing quite a bit right now, and there's sleet expected in the morning. At least the airport is 15 minutes away! And it'll be in the high 60's in San Diego! Let's see...my Neice's birthday party (I'm workin' the dough ornament painting station), hang the Christmas lights and throw together the new P4 3.0 GHz machine with dual monitors that showed up today. Which means a lot of moving things around (flip a coin to see which one of my lucky employees gets my hand me down 2.4 GHz machine). Should be a busy one :) Drew.

For me, it's shopping on Saturday morning followed by our office Xmas party this afternoon. Just got back from CD, etc... shopping and watching south park on my PC while fidgeting with my Blog's code.
