"Firmly ensconced, they instilled in the sheikhdoms a false sense of security, regulated oil prices, and ensure its regular flow across the Atlantic to preserve the American way of life. What the rich Arabs earn through royalties is stashed away in UK/US banks. What they spend at London’s Harrods or at the casinos in Las Vegas keeps the American dream alive." That statement from the article harsely illuminates why the problem is so irreconcilable. It is not the free flow of oil that keeps the American dream alive. Rather, it is Americans living the American dream that keeps the oil flowing. When you give enough people enough freedom you get a healthy, efficient enonomic system where people have the means of purchasing products such as oil, and food. Money and resources will never flow toward any society where the masses are repressed from acting as individuals by totalitarian political systems, dark ages religious zealotry, or their own fear of standing on their own two feet. The American dream could end tomorrow and the plight of the Islamic world would continue unabated. America does not have the power to liberate Islam from itself. Until they decide to tolerate the bad with the good of individualism they are doomed. "War is hell" William Tecumseh Sherman.

Interesting article indeed !!! And a true one at that. Until the *&?%$ US gov. realise that they are responsible for what has happen to them in regard to their STUPID and hypocrite foreign attitude then the muslim world will never be free !!!
