              "The suit claims the entertainment companies, as part of an effort to stop online piracy, used unauthorized versions of the Kazaa software access the network" No one has the right to pirate software or music including entertainment companies. I do not agree with pirated music or software but the companies using pirated versions of winzip, kazaa or similar applications should be treated with more aggression since they have made such a stink.
