Right, I've been thinking, what really are the best things to do/experience? Looking upon the face of a loved one and getting that warm fuzziness? Today I found another: Driving on an empty road by the river with the car windows open and the glorious sun filling the interior with "The Passenger" by Iggy Pop playing at full volume on the stereo. So my question is this, list all the things that you have experienced that you can put after: "Heaven is..." I'm looking for a consise and interesting list.

Heaven is: - leaving for well deserved holydays or week-end, - going to the baker before sunday breakfast, - discussing world news and future with friends you have not met for a while, - ...

...is the name of a short story i can't remember the author of. But anyway... That would rock, provided 1) you were wearing good sunglasses, and 2) Iggy Pop was actually Bruce Dickinson. Failing that, it would be painful and long. :~ Oh yeah... Donno 'bout Heaven, but it's hard to beat relaxing with a glass of wine, your favorite easy chair, and a certain compact disc playing on your home stereo. Your shoes off, your feet up, leaned back & just enjoying the melodies... How do you move in a world of fog, That's always changing things? Makes me wish that i could be a dog, When i see the price that you pay.

Yes I was wearing sunglasses. Spending your whole life in a dark room renders you a little sensitive to bright sunlight. Not a huge Bruce D fan, but whatever floats your dinghy.

TO me the wonders have mostly been nature. A beautiful sunrise with orange clouds and blue sky. ( I am a morning person so allways like them better then sun sets.) A walk in some quite woods in the afternoon. So long as I can stay in, a crisp clean white showfall. With white snow ribbons on all of the branches.

I have one from today: "Heaven is..." being self-employed and taking an hour off work to go ripping down some gnarly singletrack on your mountain bike and it just starts pouring rain halfway through and your covered in mud. Followed by fresh apple fritter from the bakery with a nice steaming mug of green tea.

For the moment, it would be to solve the f$@!%#g problems I have with my motherboard  X| :sigh: Otherwise, riding a motorbike on sunny country roads, or a moment of intimacy with the beloved, watching a quiet and spectacular landscape.

And I'm talking to myself at night because I can't forget Back and forth through my mind Behind a cigarette
