                    Funnily enougth I was asked what a file was from it's suffix recently and I gave the MZ example as a way of recongnising a file from it's 1st 2 bytes.

                            Ok I admit I cheated a little but he's the guy who invented RPN (which is the reason I always had a HP calculator - it just made so much sense :) ).
