Well, I'm looking for a new coffee maker that best fits my usage... something with a decent timer that will auto-brew each morning into a single thermal mug (or two if I want). No pots, etc. So, I was looking around on the internet and came across this demo. It's not really what I'm looking for but I was very amused by the "now loading" animation. http://www.keurig.com/two/kbdemo_hi.html[^]

          That's pretty sweet :) I can't say I'd pay $250 for it, but it's very nice nonetheless...

You paid $800 USD for a coffee maker??? :wtf: Holy Crap! You must *really* like coffee. Best of luck. I'm curious: are you married? 'Cause if you are I'd "love* to hear how you got this past the wife. ¡El diablo está en mis pantalones! ¡Mire, mire! Real Mentats use only 100% pure, unfooled around with Sapho Juice(tm)! :) I found it at Williams Sonoma for $599. They had one in a research lab I used to work in back at school. I was hooked - and it only took $50 a month for a year, and I had enough to buy it :) That's noticably less than the ~$2 a day I used to pay for my gigantic espresso/latte at the coffee house. -- Russell Morris "So, broccoli, mother says you're good for me... but I'm afraid I'm no good for you!" - Stewy

Jim Crafton wrote: You paid $800 USD for a coffee maker??? No, I paid $600 (it was on sale) ;) Besides, I'd spent ~$2 a day on coffee from coffee shops, so $600 is actually less than what I would otherwise be paying per year for coffee. Now I only spend money on beans, which I buy in bulk for cheap. Monetarily I'll break even on my coffee budget for this first year - but after that I'll be saving lots and lots of money compared to my previous spending. Plus, I can make a fresh latte in under a minute at any point during my CP browsing or coding ;) Jim Crafton wrote: I'm curious: are you married? 'Cause if you are I'd "love* to hear how you got this past the wife. Nope. But even my friends' wives/fiances were bitching at me when I bought it. If I had a wife, I probably wouldn't have half the junk I have... -- Russell Morris "So, broccoli, mother says you're good for me... but I'm afraid I'm no good for you!" - Stewy
