Woops forgot you can get the server stuff for free and the server gives you 5 concurrent users for free! (I think) Any questions ask me mate bob sonork ID 0.20 I'm trying to get them to post the IM SDK here at CP so we can all share it. But it's a secret ! Hey you should also get VMTU while you are about it! Regardz Colin J Davies

I just got net access again recently after having moved across Canada, so I've been out of the loop for a while. Uh, what the heck is Sonork? "das leid schlaft in der maschine" -Einstürzende Neubauten

Daniel I understand about being out of the Loop, Wow I was out of the loop for almost 6 years :-) sonork.com is a newish Instant meesaging service that does tricks that other IM's only dream about, everyday using sonork I discover cool new features, Its free for net use, has a tiny footprint it's fast, It seems to host itself everywhere, messaging is encrypted, etc etc. An article for VB on it has just been posted here on CP, apparently you'll be able to put sonork in webpages and even in your own applications IDE. I'm unsure of the full details, But it sure is nice, Paul Watson just posted a Header/subject at the top about IM's maybe check that out. :-) Anyhow its my bedtime now, Cheers Regardz Colin J Davies

All, I've been watching this website for months, enjoying the humor and, more importantly, the valuable info, and figured it was about time I drop a line thanking the Lasses and Lads of The Code Project for the all-over interesting material here in the lounge. I can't say how often I'll post, but given that I check the project more often than I inhale, I hope it will be often. Yunz guys are great. About me --- I live in the Ohio, USA, and enjoy dogs, birds, mountain biking, roller-blading, physics, good wine, good beer (eg NOTHING containing the word 'light' or 'lite'), pizza, coffee, and of course everything 'tech'. I'm soon to be married, have a degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in comp sci, work as a software engineer, and feel that hockey kicks the crap outta baseball. Best wishes to all! :-D E

Actually we are very busy, which I'm particularly happy about considering the economic climate. Product sales have been over quota for most of the quarter (save September of course), and our consulting group is cruising along very well. We are planning to add staff to both groups pretty steadily over the next year as well. David http://www.dundas.com

Well Colin, you are one of the very few people on CP that I've actually had a phone conversation with. He couldn't have been calling me a lass, too much damn hair for anybody to make that mistake. :) Though I did have a small boy (5 or so) ask his dad what "that girl" was doing lifting weights. He could only see me from the back, and I think my long hair confused him. I didn't mind, I thought it was funny, but I think he scared his father. His father was to my left and could see both my beard and my size, I think he thought I would beat them both up or something. I could see him turn kind of white out of the corner of my eye. In fact he sort of looked like this --> :omg: only whiter. Probably had something to do with the fact that I was doing one of my showoff exercises and I was throwing the whole stack around. Sometimes it is so hard being a big fuzzy teddy bear. :-D Jason Jystad Cito Technologies www.citotech.net Sonork ID 100.9918 >-------------------------------------------------< Every program has at least one bug and can be shortened by at least one instruction -- from which, by induction, one can deduce that every program can be reduced to one instruction that doesn't work. >-------------------------------------------------<
