Internet Update

I'm looking for a product that allows easily adding an "Internet Update" type feature into an application. So far I found IncUpdate[^], which looks pretty cool but the demo didn't work on my system so I'm not sure I trust it. Does anyone have any other suggestions or recommendations? Thanks!
