Quick Quest on harddrives, installs, and WinMe

How big can a single partiton be on a harddrive that WinMe can use. My brother want to install WinMe on a 60GB harddrive and I am making custom how-to emails to him and I would like to limit the create partiton part to one partiton. I think Win98 only supports 32GB partitons on a harddrive. The biggest harddrive I have is 15GB harddrive. Also is a WinMe install simmuliar to a Win9X install?
