No, I'm not thinking of offing myself. I just wondered if anyone else loved this band ? I loved it all, the punk, the metal, you name it. Listening to 'How will I laugh tomorrow' right now. I woke up at 3:30 this morning and watched a show from the Twisted Sister reunion tour, man those guys still rock. Then I watched Zakk Wylde in 1993 doing a 'guitar clinic' in 1993, basically setting up some amps outside a mall and jamming on 70's rock songs and answering questions. His comments ripping into Mike Tramp were worth it alone !!! I miss the 80's. Christian I have drunk the cool-aid and found it wan and bitter. - Chris Maunder

Then you should check out the in-game radio stations[^] It just so happens that the editorial department and the programming department agreed on something here at GameSpy[^] It's a great game. The music is a good flashback. Did you know you can buy the Grand Theft Auto - Vicy City radio stations on audio cds, there's one for each of the stations!

It still finds it's way onto my turntable on a regular basis. I Saw Your Mommy has to be one of my all time favourites. You're right about Join The Army, it wasn't too hot but How Will I Laugh was quality! I was lucky enough to see them live touring How Will I Laugh. It was supposed to be in a big theater but they didn't sell enough tickets and it was moved to a tiny hall, 200 all standing. Defintily the most insane gig i've ever been to :D

I have four of ST's albums and I really, really like them. I also have a couple of video tapes that are pretty cool. Man, those guys really rock ! I also have three albums by the Infectious Grooves which was a side project of Mike and Robert's. Those guys are great too. Their cover of the Immigrant Song is something to behold as is Fame. Great Stuff ! __________________________________________ a two cent stamp short of going postal.

The second album was not as good, but the third ( how will I laugh tomorrow ) was great or crap, depending on if you expected more punk or were happy with them turning into a heavy metal band. Well, I was more of a metal-head back then, I've got into (old-ish) punk since (listening to the Angry Samoans right now), so maybe I'll find a copy to listen to.... It seemed around then that my favourite bands had peaked.... Slayer - had released Reign in Blood, then South of Heaven (just not as good, IMO) Metallica - Master of Puppets, then And Justice for All Faith No More - I just liked Introduce Yourself way more than The Real Thing Stuart Dootson 'Java, Basic, who cares - it's all a bunch of tree-hugging hippy cr*p'

MoP is IMO the best Metallica. I don't like Justice... much ( although I listened to it non stop at the time ). South of Heaven was a deliberate attempt to slow down on the basis they could never make better thrash than Reign in Blood.
