What is with this date. If you go to Who's who page[^] and order by member number, you will notice that first 4932 users became member since this date. :omg: wow, how did this happen. //Start of joke Never comment ur code. If it was hard to write, it should be hard to understand !!! //End of joke

Probably this was the day when the "MemberSince" database field was created... Due to technical difficulties my previous signature, "I see dumb people" will be off until further notice. Too many people were thinking I was talking about them... :sigh:

Yes. Actually, I was a little bit shizophrenic these days. Not the eaiest time of my life, but the Internet helped "us" to cope. I still fall back into these patterns, mainly for nostalgic reasons, and use these old accounts of mine.

The original site was written using VB and Java, and once we reached about 3000 members no one could access it effectively in the time one could reasonably expect a dialup connection to stay connected. That's when Bob revealed the secrets of ASP and DHTML to Chris, earning him lifelong banishment from his home planet, but allowing Chris and friends to completely rewrite the site for efficient access by the masses, even the 437 people using Netscape at the time. The new site went active on July 6, 2000, so no one had any record of previous activity (which is probably for the best, as the statute of limitations hasn't run out yet). Some people think of it as a six-pack; I consider it more of a support group.
