Any web host that offers free site hosting in exchange for pup-up/under ads is CRAP, I don't care WHAT niche they might serve. Besides that, I have NEVER seen a geocities/angelfire/free host of your choice that is worthy of being viewed. Well, they have one really dumb feature. You cannot link to a file from a non-geocities site. Thats why I cannot use something like www.geocities.com/abc/image001.jpg I have to create an html with an img src that points to image001.jpg and then put the link to the html here. If I directly put the link to the jpg here, people who access it will get a stupid page not found error. They did it originally to prevent people from using it as a file-store. But it sucks. What I meant was that I thought you of all people would be for (avoiding the use of behind here as you seem to take the wrong intent from it) the idea of free hosting. I was being very literal when I said that I assumed you of all people would be for the idea. Hence when I read your post that said you would support John Simmons in killing off free webhosting I was quite amazed. In no ways did I even hint or intend to convey in any form what you thought I said. Please Colin, you assumed dead wrong. No offence but it is your mind which is working overtime here, not mine! Only after a good few minutes of re-reading your reply with a BIG puzzled expression on my face did I get what you thought I was saying.
