I'll refer you to my answer to Paul's question. http://www.codeproject.com/script/comments/forums.asp?msg=828433&forumid=2605#xx828433xx[^] One wonders whether the guy got paid for the article. I wish I could get paid for spouting fan-boy rubbish. It doesn't come across as something a professional journalist would write. More something a sad fan-boy would type up in his parent's basement whilst everybody else was at the prom. :-D Michael CP Blog [^]

Reminds me of Miami Herald's Dave Berry. Is he not a professional journalist?

He's a very funny comic journalist. See http://www.miami.com/mld/miamiherald/living/columnists/dave_barry/[^]. They even tried making a show about his "life" starring Harry Anderson (from "Night Court" fame) but it didn't fly. Not all journalism has to be serious. People enjoy comedy and many people have a gift for it. I'd rather read these tasteful editorials than watch that tasteless drivel on Comedy Central on Fridays.

He does seem like he has something to say and using humour to get his point across. This one[^] in particular is very funny and very well observed. The original article about Episode III, was pure fan-boy though and only funny in a laugh at the sad bastard who spent time writing this rubbish way. Michael CP Blog [^]

and shellacs every scene with such a frenzy of special effects that they assault your senses like a strobe light. :omg::omg: - Thats was the only thing I liked about the two new movies - huge and beutiful expanses of minute detail with lots of movement and activity! No, it is beyond redemption. Unless it features a long torture scene with Jar Jar Binks as the victim. Christian I have drunk the cool-aid and found it wan and bitter. - Chris Maunder

"You git Jar Jar. We were all lined up for the prequels, and you had to go and bribe him!" (This is in Ewok, btw) "Meesa not sorry - yoosa not good for firsta film - meesa had to do something!" "Die Jar Jar, Die!" Wicket pokes Jar Jar with a pointy stick until he dies of nultiple stab wounds
That would be worth the entrance fee on it's own :-)

The real question is, once this next movie is over and the cash cow has died, will he then try to remake the other three versions? .... Rocky <>< www.HintsAndTips.com www.GotTheAnswerToSpam.com
