I am wondering the method that you use to check salary based on your skills and experiences. I was told that Salary.com does not provide an accurate result in the current market.

        bool stopAsking; do { if (AskForSalary(Salary * 1.2)) { Salary *= 1.2 stopAsking = false; } else stopAsking = true; } while (!stopAsking); return Salary; // TODO: Add $2c to Daniel Turini's account balance.

You need to describe the condition in "AskForSalary" method to answer my question.

Just checked and salary.com was pretty accurate for me. My base salary was on the low-end, but bonus/benefits are on the high end, putting me right about median for total. BW The Biggest Loser
