Actually it's quite delicious - lentil based, with coriander, onion, garlic and other fun stuff. Though not half as good as what you'd get in India (where it's known as a veg cutlet, not a veg hamburger). I was falafel addict in Berlin last summer. :cool: In fact, I was there with a vegan, so I ate quite a lot of strict vegetarian food. And I must say; vegetarian food isn't all that bad as some militant meat eaters would like us to believe.
