          Corporate diseases, No. 23: "Not invented here" A company is hesitant to use any technology or tool that was not developed inside the company. Reasoned to be "avoiding dependencies", employees are often forced to work with sub-standard tools. Corporate diseases No. 42: "It's not my job" Employees, by mismanagement or own stupidity, do not understand/think about/consider the whole task, but rather execute the commands they receive, down to the blot, and nothing else. But if you combine these two - sounds like a nice place to work :cool:
