Preparing for an emergency - What you can do Look, it's an emergency. How are you supposed to prepare for it? It's in the bloody dictionary. " A serious situation or occurrence that happens unexpectedly and demands immediate action." If you expect it, it's not an emergency, is it? Honestly.   I think that maybe the government needs a sense of humour implant: http://www.thomasscott.net/emergencies/response.htm[^]
"If a man empties his purse into his head, no man can take it away from him, for an investment in knowledge pays the best interest." -- Joseph E. O'Donnell Can't manage to P/Invoke that Win32 API in .NET? Why not do interop the wiki way!

I think if you're prepared for an "emergency" there's very little of it actually happening. Ahem. That's why I have so many different forms of insurance. "One of the Georges," said Psmith, "I forget which, once said that a certain number of hours' sleep a day--I cannot recall for the moment how many--made a man something, which for the time being has slipped my memory."

I have to agree with Colin and Ramanan... if your prepared for it then it's not an emergence. Regards, Brian Dela :-) http://www.briandela.com IE 6 required.
